Introducing a free & public weekly skate meet-up by the African-American Roller-Skate Museum!
The AARSM is committed to ensuring that roller-skating remains accessible and affordable to all!

In partnership with its sister company, UME Skate Party and began on Saturday, May 13th-- "Soul People Skate Free", is a free, weekly community skate meet-up hosted in the skate park in Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem, Manhattan, NYC.
​
Skate rentals and safety gear will be available FREE of charge for children, teens and adults.
​
The program starts with Wake-N-Skate, a skate fitness and skill drill session from 9a-11a. Then from 11a-2p will be an open skate session.

**SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK--ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE TO SIGN A LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER BEFORE RENTING SKATES. ADULTS MUST SIGN FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18**
